Offers training to help raise awareness of how young people become involved in county lines, gangs, exploitation and how to identify the triggers and behavior patterns

During the training, participants will;

• Develop an understanding of gangs, youth violence, exploitation and county lines and the consequences
• Increase awareness and understanding of the impact of gangs, knife crime, exploitation and county lines and how these are linked to decision making.
• Improve perspective talking and empathy.
• Improve communication skills in conflict situations.
• Increase understanding of attitudes, perceptions and impact of behaviour.
